At the end of the session, students were divided into groups and tasked with creating their own mythical tales. The best story as judged by a panel of Confucius Institute teachers was awarded with prizes presented by Hu Peng.

Each student attending this special edition of Chinese Corner also went home with a Chinese book in hand. Several books on Chinese culture were also donated by Shandong Publishing & Media to the Confucius Institute’s library collection, giving students the opportunity to enrich their language learning and understanding of Chinese culture.
